The right person will be responsible for calling on warm sales leads and cold-calling new business. We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy individual who enjoys making cold calls, is independently motivated with strong skills in lead generation, and possesses excellent organizational skills.

Skills and Requirements:

• IT sales experience a must
• Minimum 3 years experience, of which cold calling was a major responsibility  
• Able to consistently make 50-75 calls a day
• Team player
• Independently motivated to work in a start-up environment
• Good understanding of Internet, ecommerce as well as social networking
• College degree preferable

Confident Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to support in the design and development of system requirements and architecture. Key areas of responsibility include:

• Software and systems architecture, design, development, unit test, integration, and documentation
• Software maintenance and support
• Working with customers and end users to understand system requirements
• Supporting Engineering in the design and development of system requirements and architecture
• Will be required to test, analyze, troubleshoot and provide solutions to operational and performance problems
• Limited support of pre-sales and business development for new business opportunities
• Limited travel to customer sites to support installation, training, integration, test, and demonstration
  Experience Required:
• Candidate should be self-motivated and work well both individually and in a team environment
• At least a BS Degree in Computer Science or related discipline and at least 7 years of software design and development experience of enterprise-class systems
• Experience with full SDLC including system architecture, software development, test, and documentation
• Knowledge of and experience with secure-coding practices
• Object-oriented software analysis and design
• Experience in design and development of multi-threaded application software
• Experience developing and delivering high-performance, scalable, web applications and “cloud-based” services
• Experience with software source code control
• Experience working with customers to provide training, demonstrations, and technical guidance

Extensive experience with full software development lifecycle processes, development best practices and secure coding standards
Specific Requirements:

• Design & Development: 7+ years of software architecture, design and development experience
• Languages: C++, Java, Python, PhP, JavaScript/Ajax (C#, C, Perl)
• OS: Unix, Linux, Windows
• Experience with web services (SOA, REST, SOAP, etc.)
• Proficient in at least one Source code control and Configuration Management tools
